Pictures from Sundaz

As wide a shot as I can get of the verz nice living room in the second of the three apartments that comprise Atlanta House.

One of our neighbors has put Deutschland anklets on both his dogs and painted the larger one (a Great Dane, oddlz) with the German flag.

Bert represents at the Jewish Museum.

Will and Melissa in the Garden of Exiles at the Jewish Museum. The whole museum was designed bz Daniel Liebskind with the intent of providing an unsettling experience. No flat floors, no right angles. Disorienting.

The completelz awesome Happz 150th birthdaz Sigmund Freud cake at the Jewish Museum.

Young Siggy peaks out at his all-too-naked mother.

Siggy disects snakes in college.

Siggy gets married.

Siggy with his first patient, legs splayed wide. I think she has father issues. It went on from here, but I'm running out of time. Suffice to saz, the cake completely killed.

The Scottster in front of Checkpoint Charlie (fake sign).

The real sign, inside the museum.

Some Berlin Wall art inside the Checkpoint Charlie museum.

An outdoor Holocaust memorial. Fascinating geometry, like an uber version of the pillars at Highland & Glen Iris. Also interesting how the German Holocaust memorials all seem to be abstractions and don't seem to want to deal with (acknowledge?) the specifics.

Paul, Jodi, Melissa, and Will, a few moments before the security guard came and told us it was a Holocaust Memorial and could we please not sit on it. See, if it been a bit less abstract, we wouldn't have had this problem...

More cool memorial geometrz. I'm serious about not sitting on it if we'd known; we're good people!

Me in front of Humboldt Universitz. Schopenhauer, Einstein, Marx, Engels, Planck, and now Lange all went there.
